American Pool Enterprises has the experience to comply with demands specific to your public project whether it is federal, state or municipal. Through our wholly owned subsidiary, Specialty Pool & Fountain has the experience of working closely with many well-known contractors, manufacturers and municipalities large and small, on our many commercial fountain projects. Many of these projects are historical and required museum quality finish. Additionally, SPF has worked closely with Federal, State and local governments on a number of different projects throughout the Maryland/Virginia/D.C. areas. Clear and constant communication with all companies and groups we work with allow us to produce world class water features and fountains on time and on budget.
Our projects range from turnkey installations to mechanical-only installations in cooperation with General Contractors. We also provide in-house design build capabilities to bring fast track projects to rapid, successful completion.
As a company, we carry an aggregate bonding capacity of $15,000,000, enough to satisfy even the largest of water feature projects. Individual project capacity of $5,000,000.
