In Vienna, VA The Reserves at Tyson’s Corner project was completed in April 2010 by Waterside Swimming Pool Design & Build, a subsidiary of American Pool Enterprises, Inc. This 1,300 square foot swimming pool with attached raised fountain was built at a cost of $125,000. The beautiful pool is a centerpiece at the apartment complex, complete with fountain and cascade nozzle and Sundek pool deck.

Velocity Condominiums

Featured Condo/HOA Project

Waterside Swimming Pool Design and Build, a subsidiary of American Pool Enterprises, Inc. completed the construction of a rooftop swimming pool at Velocity Condominiums, in Washington, D.C. Completed in August 2009, this modern 482 square foot swimming pool was constructed 14 stories high on the roof of the condominium. The project was built at a cost of $100,000 and the facility features raised walls, custom precast coping stones, glass tile and custom ladders and hand rails.

Residential Property – Swimming Pool with Spa

Waterside Swimming Pool Design & Build, a subsidiary of American Pool Enterprises, Inc. constructed this project at a residential property in Stevensville, MD. Finished in June 2009 at a cost of $80,000 this swimming pool is 450 square feet with an 8’ round raised attached spa, brick coping, custom tile, stone veneered raised wall, controls, Polaris Pool Sweep and Pebble Tec interior finish.

Fairfield Inn Hotel

In May 2008, Waterside Swimming Pool Design and Build, a subsidiary of American Pool Enterprises, Inc. completed construction on a swimming pool and detached spa for the Fairfield Inn hotel in Baltimore, MD. The $125,000 project includes a 450 square foot swimming pool with 50 square foot separate spa, precast coping and scored concrete pool deck.

9/11 Pentagon Memorial

Featured Federal, State & Local Project

Specialty Pool & Fountain, a subsidiary of American Pool Enterprises, Inc. was proud to be major contributor to the 9/11 Pentagon Memorial in Washington, D.C. completed in 2008. Specialty Pool and Fountain’s work in the field included running of all the interconnecting plumbing to each of the 184 memorial units, provision and installation of the stainless strainers and frames at the back of the unit and balancing valves for each.  In the Equipment Control Center, SPF provided all of the pumping stations, filtration systems and electrical control panels that make this system fully automated for pumping, filtration and chemical treatment.
