CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR This position is responsible for facilitating communication between the customer and field supervisory staff to quickly resolve issues of concern to our clients. This individual works closely with the staffing department and management to ensure a smooth, efficient operation at the swimming facilities. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment with a variety of duties and a desire to provide our clients with the best in customer service. Computer experience is a must.  Click here for Application REGIONAL MANAGER/ASSISTANT REGIONAL MANAGER Responsible for a specific region of commercial swimming pools. Duties include overseeing Area Divisional Manager and/or Area Supervisors, maintaining a quality relationship with all facilities property managers and/or resident managers and sales. Hands on responsibilities include opening, maintaining and closing all swimming facilities each season. Experience in the swimming pool management and service industry is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who have strong leadership skills and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Light bookkeeping, typing, filing and other office duties as may be applicable. We are seeking a self-starter with an eagerness to learn. Basic computer knowledge is required. Duties include coordinating and scheduling of equipment, labor and materials for all types of, ensuring job completion dates are met and supervising laborers on site.
