During off site orientation, we spend time training lifeguards on the appropriate manner in which to conduct themselves when assigned as a team member to work at your club. This focus on training staff about the intangibles is what makes our company an alternative to managing the aquatics complonenet in-house at your club.. We understand that we are an extension of your club manager or executive team  and creating a safe environment where families are confident that their family and guests will be cared for is critical to all our success.
