The safety of the pool patrons renting from you is our priority but additional focus is on creating a positive experience when at the swimming pool.  American Pool understands that a positive patron experience translates into increased overall satisfaction with the property and longer lengths of stay for your rental population. At American pool leasee satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to make time spent at the pool as safe and enjoyable as possible by providing thoroughly trained lifeguards.

During off site orientation, we spend time training lifeguards on the appropriate manner in which to conduct themselves at residential community pools. This focus on training staff about the intangibles is what makes our company a managed community specialist. We have an understanding that we are an extension of your leasing team and creating a safe environment where young swimmers can gain confidence in their swimming ability in a friendly pool setting is critical to all our success.
