We utilize technology to support our efforts at the site.  We are making the investment in the equipment rather than placing the economic burden of the swimming pool completely on the owner.  We have programs specific to the Apartment portfolio that allows for the latest technology to be placed at your site; maintaining  water quality, FREE with your annual service agreement.  We want the best patron experience at the pool, same as you want for your tenant and we are willing to invest with you as your strategic partner.

Together, we will build a comprehensive facilities maintenance program that’s tailored to meet your needs. Our detailed process includes, but is not limited to the following:

GENERAL SERVICES

• Inspect the pool, its premises, and plumbing.
• Remove swimming pool cover and store
• Check all equipment.
• Reclamation of pool water
• Check inventory.
• Advise OWNER of needed repairs.

MAINTENANCE OF POOL

A general cleaning will be performed prior to opening the pool as contracted to include:

• Vacuum pool
• Brush pool
• Clean skimmer baskets
• Clean waterline tile
• Backwash filtration system
• Remove facility trash to owner’s on site facility
• Fill water to proper level
• Inspect filtration equipment to ensure proper operation
• Test and adjust pool water chemistry to health department standards
