American Pool wants to wish our customers and readers a heartfelt happy New Year. As 2011 winds down, the New Year helps us look forward to the warmer weather. And while it’s cold outside in most areas across the country, it will only be a few months before the spring and summer are upon us again – with the excitement of pool season.

We hope your swimming pool’s 2012 season is the best yet – both enjoyable and stress-free. The New Year brings several prerequisites when it comes to your pool and I’m sure you’re familiar with them all: uncovering and cleaning, opening inspections and everything else you have grown accustomed to as a pool owner. In 2012, new ADA regulations will also become mandatory, adding to the list of important New Year improvements to your facility.
