American Pool Named Official Authorized Installer of Drains and Other Aquastar Pool Products

The CPSC Drain Cover Recall that took place before Memorial Day weekend has greatly impacted the pool industry, from supplier to installer.

As a result of this important recall, only approved, authorized installers may evaluate and retrofit sites where Aquastar Pool Products are present. American Pool Enterprises has been granted installer status by Aquastar. Cheif Executive Officer, Mitchell Friedlander of American Pool, gave the following statement,

“We are very satisfied that Aquastar Pool Products has the confidence that we will properly evaluate and retrofit their products that have been recalled do to the CPSC ruling. As one of the first groups to be approved as a manufacturer’s authorized installer, American Pool Enterprises continues to take lead positions toward maintaining safety in the industry.”
